Since 2005, the sisterhood of Phi Sigma Zeta has responded to the world's increasing complexity. It continues to help empower the Bluefield State College community through exemplary service initiatives and strong family commitment.  The mission of Phi Sigma Zeta Sorority shall be to promote a closer bond among the women students of Bluefield State College, and to provide an atmosphere in which fellowship and guidance lead to wholesome mental, physical, moral and spiritual growth. To inspire the personal development of each sister and perpetuate the advancement of womanhood.
